REFUND POLICY

We'd all love to predict perfect weather on the day of your event. However (this is Michigan), if the weather does turn out to be inclement and your moonwalk cannot be set up for your enjoyment, there is never any penalty or charge to you as long as Pointe to Point Moonwalks does not deliver and inflate the attraction at your event.

Pointe to Point Moonwalks reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment.

Cancellations

Pointe to Point Moonwalks asks that you please call a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of your planned event if there is a need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.

Bad Weather

We will not set up equipment in rain, snow, high wind, or muddy conditions. In the event of the possibility of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel prior to the event. Once the inflatable is set up, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.

Lease & Waiver Agreement

The Pointe to Point Moonwalks Lease and Waiver Agreement (.pdf) is required to be signed by the customer. The agreement will be mailed to the customer and picked up before set up on the day of the event.
